The people here are the feature we‘re most proud of. The community of faculty, graduate students, undergraduates, and staff make Helwan a terrific place to learn, teach, and perform research in the chemical sciences. We have active research programs in organic, physical, inorganic, theoretical chemistry, and in chemical biology and chemical physics, with particularly exciting work being done at the interfaces between research areas.
